Convergence insufficiency is a condition that makes it difficult to focus. Vision therapy is the most effective treatment for this condition. This vision therapy self assessment will help you see if you have symptoms of convergence insufficiency. Children – 16 or higher is suggestive of convergence insufficiency or another vision problem that can negatively affect school performance, reading, learning and sports.
Adults – 21 or higher is suggestive of convergence insufficiency for adults (over 21).
